By using pirexsolutions.com, submitting a membership inquiry, or activating a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly.
When you submit an inquiry, activate a membership, or communicate with us, we collect:
Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Company or fleet name and fleet size where applicable. CDL license information and commercial vehicle details where required for access. Payment information including billing address and payment method details processed through our secure payment processor. Membership plan selection and corridor or state preferences. Any additional information you voluntarily provide in a contact form, message field, or direct communication with our team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically.
When you visit pirexsolutions.com we may automatically collect:
IP address and approximate geographic location derived from IP. Browser type, device type, and operating system. Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation path through the site. Referring website or source that directed you to our site. Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 7.
2.3 Information from Facility Access.
When Members access Facilities in the Pirex Solutions network we may collect:
Date, time, and location of Facility access events. Access Credential usage logs. Vehicle information associated with access events. Any incident or report information generated during a Facility visit.
2.4 Information from Third Parties.
We may receive information about you from third parties including payment processors, identity verification services, and Facility Partners where necessary to operate the membership program.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Membership Operations. To process your membership inquiry, activate your account, issue Access Credentials, manage your plan, process payments, and communicate with you about your membership.
Facility Access Management. To grant and manage your access to Facilities in the network, coordinate with Facility Partners, and maintain access logs for security and operational purposes.
Communications. To send you membership confirmations, payment receipts, access credential delivery, service updates, and responses to your inquiries. With your consent we may also send you information about new corridors, facilities, or plan options.
Safety and Security. To investigate incidents, enforce our Terms of Service, protect the security of our network and Facilities, and prevent fraud or unauthorized use of Access Credentials.
Legal Compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
Service Improvement. To analyze how our website and services are used in order to improve the Member experience, optimize our network coverage, and develop new service offerings.
Business Operations. To maintain our internal records, conduct financial reporting, and operate Pirex Solutions as a business.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Facility Partners. We share necessary Member information — including name, contact details, vehicle information, and Access Credentials — with Facility Partners for the purpose of granting and managing your access to their location. Facility Partners are required to use this information solely for operating your access and may not use it for unrelated purposes.
4.2 Service Providers. We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including payment processors, email delivery providers, customer relationship management platforms, and website hosting providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
4.3 Parent Company. We may share information with Pirex Holdings LLC and affiliated subsidiaries for internal business, reporting, and operational purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
4.4 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pirex Solutions, our Members, Facility Partners, or the public.
4.5 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify active Members of any such transfer and any material changes to how their information is handled.
4.6 With Your Consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Payment records are retained in accordance with applicable financial recordkeeping requirements. Access logs are retained for security and incident investigation purposes. If you request deletion of your information we will fulfill that request to the extent required by applicable law and subject to our legal retention obligations.
6. DATA SECURITY
Pirex Solutions implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and is not stored on our servers in unencrypted form.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take the protection of your information seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. COOKIES AND TRACKING
7.1 What We Use. Pirex Solutions may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on pirexsolutions.com to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, analyze site traffic, and improve the user experience.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Pirex Solutions services are intended for adults operating commercial vehicles and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
