CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Pirex Solutions LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 20, 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the cancellation, refund, billing, and reservation-change rules applicable to parking services provided by Pirex Solutions LLC ("Pirex," "Pirex Solutions," "we," "our," or "us").

Pirex Solutions LLC is owned by Pirex Holdings Company LLC.

This Policy applies to eligible hourly, daily, monthly, recurring, fleet, and other parking services unless a separate written agreement establishes different terms.

Enterprise and negotiated fleet agreements may contain different cancellation and refund provisions. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this Policy, the applicable signed agreement controls.

1. PARKING PRODUCTS

Pirex Solutions may offer several types of parking arrangements, including:

  • Hourly parking;

  • Daily or overnight parking;

  • Monthly parking;

  • Recurring parking;

  • Multi-vehicle fleet parking; and

  • Enterprise parking programs.

Pricing, parking periods, cancellation terms, and applicable restrictions may vary by facility and parking product.

The terms applicable to a particular reservation will be displayed during checkout, included in the reservation confirmation, stated in the customer's account, or established in a separate agreement.

2. HOURLY AND DAILY RESERVATIONS

Cancellation eligibility for hourly, daily, or other short-term reservations will be displayed at the time of booking.

Unless different terms are presented during checkout, a customer may cancel an eligible short-term reservation before the reservation's scheduled start time.

Once the scheduled parking period has begun, the reservation is generally non-refundable except as provided under Section 8 of this Policy.

Failure to use a confirmed parking reservation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

3. MONTHLY PARKING

Unless otherwise stated during enrollment or in a separate agreement, individual monthly parking plans operate on a month-to-month basis.

Monthly parking automatically renews each billing period until canceled.

Customers may cancel future renewal at any time.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal but ordinarily does not terminate access immediately. Parking access remains active through the end of the billing period already paid for unless otherwise stated.

There is no early termination penalty for a standard month-to-month individual parking plan.

4. HOW TO CANCEL MONTHLY PARKING

Customers may submit cancellation requests using a cancellation method made available by Pirex, which may include:

Online Account or Portal
Use the available account-management or cancellation functionality.

Support Request
Submit a request through the Pirex customer-support system.

Email
Send a cancellation request from the email address associated with the account to:

support@pirexsolutions.com

Include sufficient information for us to identify the applicable account or reservation.

Pirex will provide confirmation after a cancellation has been processed.

Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.

5. ACCESS AFTER MONTHLY CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise specified, canceling a monthly parking plan stops the next renewal.

The customer may continue using the assigned parking access through the final day of the current paid billing period.

After the applicable parking authorization expires, associated access credentials may be deactivated.

Continued entry or parking after authorization has expired is prohibited and may result in removal, towing where legally permitted, additional charges, suspension of account privileges, or other enforcement consistent with Pirex Facility Rules and applicable law.

6. MONTHLY PARKING REFUNDS

Monthly parking charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun and parking capacity has been made available to the customer.

Pirex generally does not issue prorated refunds because a customer:

  • Cancels during an active paid billing period;

  • Does not use available parking;

  • Changes routes;

  • Changes employment;

  • Changes vehicles;

  • Experiences a change in travel plans; or

  • No longer needs the reserved parking capacity.

When a monthly plan is canceled, the customer ordinarily retains access through the remainder of the paid period.

Nothing in this section limits refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. NO-SHOWS AND UNUSED RESERVATIONS

A customer who fails to arrive for or use a valid reservation is not automatically entitled to a refund.

Parking capacity may have been held specifically for that reservation and therefore unavailable for another customer.

Applicable no-show rules for short-term reservations may be presented during checkout.

8. REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Pirex may provide a full or partial refund, account credit, reservation adjustment, or other appropriate remedy in circumstances including:

Duplicate Charges

If the same transaction was unintentionally charged more than once, Pirex will refund a verified duplicate charge.

Charges After Confirmed Cancellation

If Pirex charges a recurring parking plan after a properly processed cancellation became effective, the erroneous charge will be refunded.

Pirex Cancellation

If Pirex cancels a paid reservation before it begins and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the affected reservation will generally be refunded.

Facility Unavailability

If a customer's assigned facility becomes unavailable during an active paid parking period and Pirex cannot provide a reasonably comparable alternative, Pirex may issue an appropriate prorated refund, credit, or other remedy for the period during which parking was unavailable.

Access Failure

If Pirex fails to provide required access credentials or a Pirex-controlled access problem materially prevents the customer from using paid parking, Pirex may provide an appropriate refund, credit, extension, or alternative parking assignment after verification.

Unauthorized Charges

Customers who believe a charge was unauthorized should promptly contact Pirex and their applicable financial institution.

Pirex will cooperate with reasonable investigation and payment-dispute procedures.

9. REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests should be submitted to:

support@pirexsolutions.com

The request should include, where applicable:

  • Customer or account name;

  • Reservation information;

  • Facility;

  • Transaction date;

  • Amount charged; and

  • A description of the issue.

Pirex may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed by the parties.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post an approved refund.

10. FLEET PARKING

Fleet parking accounts may include:

  • Multiple vehicles;

  • Multiple drivers;

  • Multiple facilities;

  • Recurring parking capacity;

  • Centralized billing; and

  • Negotiated pricing.

Unless otherwise established in a Fleet Parking Services Agreement or other written agreement, changes to recurring fleet parking capacity generally take effect beginning with the next billing cycle.

Adding parking capacity may result in immediate or prorated charges where disclosed and accepted.

Removing vehicles or parking capacity during an active paid billing period generally does not create a prorated refund.

11. ENTERPRISE PARKING

Enterprise customers may operate under separately negotiated agreements.

Enterprise agreements may establish different:

  • Contract terms;

  • Minimum commitments;

  • Parking capacity;

  • Notice periods;

  • Cancellation rights;

  • Billing procedures;

  • Refund rules; and

  • Termination provisions.

The applicable signed Enterprise agreement controls where its provisions conflict with this Policy.

12. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails, Pirex may attempt to process the payment again.

Pirex may notify the customer and provide an opportunity to update the applicable payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, Pirex may:

  • Suspend the account;

  • Suspend new reservations;

  • Deactivate parking access;

  • Release reserved capacity;

  • Terminate the parking arrangement; or

  • Pursue unpaid amounts through lawful means.

Once reserved capacity has been released, reinstatement may be subject to availability.

Pirex does not guarantee that the same facility, space, rate, or parking capacity will remain available following suspension or termination for nonpayment.

13. PLAN AND CAPACITY CHANGES

Customers may request changes to eligible recurring parking arrangements.

Unless otherwise stated, reductions or cancellations generally become effective for the next billing period.

Increases in parking capacity may become effective immediately if:

  • Capacity is available;

  • The customer approves applicable pricing; and

  • Any required payment is successfully processed.

Pirex does not guarantee availability for requested facility, vehicle, or capacity changes.

14. PAUSING PARKING SERVICE

Unless specifically offered for a particular parking product, Pirex does not guarantee a pause or freeze option.

Customers who cancel and later return may be required to create a new reservation or reactivate their parking service based on then-current:

  • Availability;

  • Pricing;

  • Facility capacity; and

  • Service terms.

Previous parking assignments are not guaranteed after cancellation.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers who believe a charge is incorrect are encouraged to contact Pirex promptly so that we can investigate the issue.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel an active parking plan or reservation.

Pirex may provide reservation records, transaction information, account records, facility-access records, cancellation confirmations, and other relevant information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

Pirex will not penalize a customer merely for exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.

However, Pirex may suspend services associated with legitimately unpaid amounts or fraudulent activity to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. PROMOTIONAL CREDITS

Promotional credits, coupons, account credits, referral benefits, or other promotional value may be subject to separate terms.

Unless otherwise required by law, promotional value:

  • Is not redeemable for cash;

  • May expire;

  • May be limited to certain facilities or parking products; and

  • May be forfeited following cancellation where disclosed in the applicable promotion.

17. FACILITY CLOSURES AND REASSIGNMENT

If a facility becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, Pirex may attempt to reassign the affected customer to another reasonably suitable Pirex facility.

Factors considered may include:

  • Distance;

  • Freight corridor;

  • Vehicle requirements;

  • Available capacity;

  • Facility access; and

  • Parking product purchased.

If Pirex cannot provide a reasonable alternative for paid parking that has become unavailable, an affected customer may be eligible for a prorated refund, credit, or other remedy.

18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Pirex Solutions may periodically update this Policy to reflect changes to its parking products, facilities, payment systems, business operations, or legal requirements.

The Last Updated date at the top of this Policy identifies the most recent revision.

Material changes affecting existing recurring customers will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

19. GOVERNING TERMS

This Policy forms part of the agreement between the customer and Pirex Solutions LLC.

Use of Pirex parking services is also subject to the:

  • Pirex Solutions Terms of Service;

  • Pirex Solutions Privacy Policy;

  • Applicable Facility Rules and Regulations;

  • Reservation-specific terms; and

  • Any applicable Fleet or Enterprise agreement.

If a separately signed agreement establishes different cancellation or refund provisions, that agreement controls with respect to the applicable customer or service.

20. GOVERNING LAW

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, this Policy and disputes relating to it are governed by the law specified in the Pirex Solutions Terms of Service.

Applicable dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Terms of Service are incorporated into this Policy to the extent legally enforceable.
