Essential gives you one home-base facility on a single corridor. Pro gives you access to the full Pirex Solutions network — all facilities, all seven corridors, all six states. If you run a consistent single route, Essential is enough. If your routes vary or cover multiple states, Pro is the right plan.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by submitting a plan change request through your support ticket. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not be charged a fee to change plans.

Essential and Pro members receive credentials within 24 hours of membership activation and payment confirmation. Your gate code is sent directly to your account email. Enterprise members receive credentials within 24 hours of their custom plan being finalized.

Enterprise pricing is based on your fleet size, the number of corridors you need, and your specific operational requirements. Submit a fleet inquiry through our contact form and our team will build a custom quote within one business day.

Fleet and Enterprise members can add authorized operators through their account at any time. Each operator receives their own individual credentials. Individual Essential and Pro plans cover one operator per account.

Submit a Critical support ticket through pirexsolutions.com/support. Access issues are treated as urgent and prioritized above all other requests. Our team will resolve the issue or arrange an alternative facility on your corridor as quickly as possible.

When you activate the Network Pass, you submit your route on our activation form — including all interstates and states you run. We map your corridors to every active Pirex facility on your run and issue credentials for all of them in a single email within 24 hours. If your route changes, contact us and we update your access list.
